Blank Cover

Blank Cover
When writing a screenplay, do you write the title on the cardstock cover or leave it blank?

I heard you are supposed to write the Screenplay title, name, contract info etc., NOT on the cardstock cover, but on the title page after the cardstock cover. Is this correct? Are you supposed to just leave the cover blank for a spec screenplay?
Thanks!

You need to put the title, your name and still is OK to put some info like the genre, time, ect to the cover to pull the eyes of the producers. Or this is what producers explained to us in university. Than you have to write a catch-phrase or a quote explaining your story in the second page. Then a synopsis and then finally start with your script. You also have to use a very specific format with your script or no one will take you seriously. Some programs can help you with that. The format of Final Draft is accepted everywhere.

Arguably their finest album, this follow-up to Opiate showcases Tool at their best, assisted by clean, crisp production, without the muddiness of Aenima. Edgy guitar riffs are complemented by spitting, heavy bass, especially on “Sober” and “Crawl Away”. Lyrically, Tool are at their vitriolic best, targeting religious hypocrisy (“Intolerance,” “Sober”; always a popular theme), the loss of innocence…

The third low-tech, high-impact recording from the Akron, Ohio, duo is once again a loud and lively confirmation that passion, not precision, is what the blues is all about. With Dan Auerbach’s insistent, abrasive guitar tone and drummer Patrick Carney’s violent percussion workouts, the Black Keys’ sound thrashes about with industrial-strength garage-band energy, but it also connects directly to t…
